We woke up on a Friday morning to find a leak through our kitchen ceiling. We called a couple of different companies who told us they could not attend until the Monday before we phoned Lee. He told us he could be with us later the same day and explained how to turn off our water in the meantime. When Lee arrived he quickly found the problem to be a leak on our toilet, he replaced the ball valve with one he had on his van and the problem was solved. We were so impressed with the service we received we intend to have them back to quote for replacing our bathroom.

We called Leeson after having had a few other companies round to quote first. We wanted to have our existing boiler and hot water tank removed and a new combi boiler fitted in a different location. Lee and Sonny arrived when they said they would to look at the job and then gave us a very competitive quote, due to this and particularly because they could get the job done within a tight time frame we decided to go with them. We are glad we did because they were very professional and tidy and did a good job. So much so we have already recommended them to friends.

We were looking to have our entire heating system replaced and had got a few quotes when Leeson were recommended to us. We called them in for a quote and when they came round to survey they measured up all the rooms which was something we hadn’t seen before. The quote they supplied was very good and we decided to have them do the work. They did the job in a way that caused us very little disruption and within the timescale they said. They didn’t even stop for breaks through the day. We are very impressed with the work and can’t thank them enough.

I was having problems with my radiators not heating up and it was suggested I may need a power flush. I called to enquire about this and they said they could call round to check and see if this was needed. They told me that it would probably be the best thing to do and I agreed so asked them to call back the following Saturday which they said they would do. After they carried out the work all my rads are now heating up as they did when first installed, I couldn’t believe the difference.

My immersion heater kept tripping out my electrics when I switched it on, Lee and Sonny were recommended to me so I gave them a call. Sonny told me when he could get to me to inspect and arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed that it needed replacing and did the work there and then using parts he had on his van. I was very happy with his professional manner and even happier when he told me the cost. Despite me asking him to call round in the evening I thought it was very good value.
